A three-day festival unfolding across the city of Athens.
Held from 26 to 28 May 2023, “Rolex Arts Festival: Celebrating 20 Years of Artistic Mentorship” marked 20 years of the Rolex Mentor and Protégé Arts Initiative, with View Master Events responsible for the technical production across all venues, connecting multiple locations and artistic formats within one coordinated festival experience.
The experience
Eight venues. One festival.
The festival took place across eight major cultural venues in Athens, transforming them into dynamic spaces for artistic expression.
Athens Conservatoire, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, Benaki Museum - Piraeus 138, EMST - National Museum of Contemporary Art, Megaron - Athens Concert Hall, Athens Epidaurus Festival - Peiraios 260, National Theatre of Greece, Astor Cinema.
Over 60 mentors and protégés presented their creative collaborations through 30 performances and events. Exhibitions, screenings, installations and discussions. All formed a diverse, multidisciplinary programme.
Each location hosted a different part of the experience. Multiple formats. Different audiences. Shifting rhythms. One shared celebration of creative collaboration, unfolding simultaneously across the city.

A production of this scale required continuous coordination between venues, teams and technical setups. Multiple environments. Parallel timelines. No margin for disruption.
Working alongside the Rolex Arts Festival team, View Master Events coordinated the technical production across all locations, aligning audiovisual systems, technical setups and venue-specific requirements throughout the three-day programme.
Operating in real time between different venues, technical teams and parallel schedules, the production remained aligned and responsive throughout each stage of the festival.
